Nigel graduated in 1977 from ANU with an Arts degree majoring in philosophy and law.
He was invited to do an Honours degree in philosophy but decided instead to move to Sydney for a career in Information Technology. Since 1978, he has worked with 9 companies involved in retail, banking, insurance, credit reporting, and computer software. During these years he gained wide experience in consultancy, management and software instructing.
Nigel first read the works of Ayn Rand 26 years ago, and they have continued to inspire and educate him ever since. He attributes his success in his IT business, and in management and software instructing, to the work ethic he acquired from reading Ayn Rand’s philosophy Objectivism.
Prad graduated from Bombay University with a Bachelor of Commerce in 1986. In Australia he became a Certified Public Accountant, and acquired a Master of Information Systems from Computer Power Training Institute.
He has worked since 1985 in India, East Africa and Australia as accountant, Finance Manager, Projects Executive and Financial Controller, acquiring wide experience in management of large teams. He is currently Financial Controller of the Australian subsidiary of one of the world’s largest telecommunication companies.
Prad first read the works of Ayn Rand 21 years ago, and since then Ayn Rand's philosophy Objectivism has been very instrumental in the success of his business career.
Jason graduated from UNSW in 1993 with degrees in Commerce (majoring in Economics) and Law. He has worked as a lawyer in private legal practice, and as a marketing manager in the IT industry, but the bulk of his career has been spent in management roles in the legal and regulatory publishing industry. Jason has considerable experience in both operational management and business development, and has specialised in building teams and identifying and developing future managers and leaders.
Jason has utilised Objectivist principles in his approach to business management throughout his career, and believes passionately that ethics play a crucial role in developing and sustaining a successful enterprise.
